The role:
As a Team Manager, you’re the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly in your department. You're a key player in the store!

Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing the commercial plan and staff schedule for your department
Leading and coaching the Retail Assistants in your area, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge to deliver a great customer experience

Taking part in recruiting, onboarding, and developing Sales Assistants to build a high-performing, motivated team that meets Primark’s standards and policies

Assigning daily tasks and creating clear daily task lists so that all Retail Assistants are fully engaged and used effectively

Handling performance and absence management with the Sales Assistants

Helping the team to create inspiring and commercial product presentations in your department to improve the customer experience, attract shoppers, and boost sales

Optimizing stock levels to maximize sales and minimize stock loss, using the Stock Replenishment System effectively
