We are seeking an experienced Platform Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a critical enterprise integration platform. This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while meeting customer and operational needs. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will drive product innovation, shape roadmaps, prioritise delivery, and champion Agile ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale technology transformation initiatives while leading the evolution of a high-profile platform within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through development, optimisation, deployment, and ongoing operational support.

• Define, manage, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, strategic priorities, and product roadmaps.

• Drive product delivery by prioritising features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, cost efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

• Lead agile planning activities including sprint planning, release management, dependency management, and continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and technical teams to gather insights, identify opportunities, and shape the future direction of the platform and products.

• Communicate product progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic plans to senior stakeholders while driving product adoption and operational readiness across the organisation.

• Ensure governance, compliance, budget management, vendor management, and operational excellence while supporting platform upgrades, release cycles, and transformation initiatives.

What you'll bring

• 3-5+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Technology Delivery within complex enterprise environments.

• Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and product evolution while working with multi-disciplinary Agile delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern product management techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage complex business and supplier relationships.

• Strong strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business value, operational performance, and cost management.

• Experience managing platform products, release cycles, operational governance, budgets, licensing agreements, and vendor partnerships.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences and drive organisational change.
