P&C Advisor
Location: Electroputere Mall, Craiova
Position Type: Full-time
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with on-site work from the store and one Saturday* every 2–3 weeks

As a P&C Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner to our Store Manager and Management team, delivering support across all HR activities. Recruitment & Onboarding: Secured timely hires and ensured smooth integration of new team members.
HR Administration: Oversaw people policies and processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements, while maintaining accurate and efficient payroll.
Engagement & Wellbeing: Championed Primark’s values and behaviours, fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing both colleague and customer experience.
Performance & Succession: Supported performance reviews and feedback, driving growth through learning and development initiatives.
Reporting & KPIs: Monitored HR metrics and implemented improvement plans to optimize performance outcomes.
Because you’re one of a kind! You’re a perfect fit if:
- Experience in managing complex HR activities (experience in retail industry would be an asset).
- Solid practical knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an interest in developing commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and proficiency in English at a communicative level.
