AREA MANAGER – London West

Location: London West
Salary: ££competitive; bonus; medical & car benefit.
Contract: Full time, permanent, 5 days out of 7

About the area:
London West consists of 12 stores - including some of our larger stores, for example White City; Kingston and Croydon. The area has over 160 managers and approx. 1700 colleagues.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire your Store Management teams to deliver the company’s vision and strategy to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of the customer and trends, so you are able capitalise on commercial opportunities as they arise.
  • Create high performing teams - empower and inspire them to deliver a world class customer experience and focus on continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
  • Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.

What you’ll bring:
Influencing the team to deliver an amazing customer journey requires an experienced retail leader to take the reins. Here’s what we need from you:
  • Established Area Manager with a proven track record of leading high performing diverse teams that offer a world class customer experience.
  • You’ll have strong collaboration skills as you’ll have to work closely with the London East area and the Oxford Street stores. One London team!
  • You’ll be passionate about our people and our product. You’ll role model our values & behaviours because we know that people will listen to you when you speak!
