Verrai inserito/a nella funzione People&Culture e, in affiancamento ai colleghi del team Learning & Development, ti occuperai di:
Comunicazione interna ed esterna:
- Supporto nella creazione di contenuti per la comunicazione interna ed esterna, assicurando coerenza con il brand e rispettando le linee guida aziendali
- Predisposizione ed implementazione di contenuti per la comunicazione su canali Social interni ed esterni, coerentemente con il piano editoriale e con la strategia di comunicazione
- Essere il punto di riferimento per il know-how nella comunicazione digitale
- Sviluppare materiale brandizzato per la formazione interna e presentazioni per eventi aziendali
- Preparazione di presentazioni per la condivisione dei risultati settimanali e mensili
- Compilazione di report e monitoraggio KPI
Learning & Development:
- Aggiornamento, pianificazione e monitoraggio dei vari percorsi di sviluppo e dei percorsi di Induction
- Aggiornamento e inserimento di nuovi contenuti sul portale digitale di formazione
Esperienze, conoscenze e competenze richieste:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche e/o specializzazione in ambito comunicazione
- Un Master in ambito comunicazione è considerato un plus
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare PowerPoint
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti per la creazione di contenuti grafici e video (Canva, CapCut ecc.)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Positività, energia, dinamismo e attitudine all’apprendimento
- Teamworking: spirito collaborativo, attitudine relazionale ed empatia
- Capacità di analisi e attitudine al problem solving
