What will your responsibilities be?

As a Retail Assistant, you will help our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And here's how you'll put it into practice:

• Provide customers with an amazing experience, answering their questions about sizing or styles, purchasing, or returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organize fitting rooms, and showcase the latest trends, as well as keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organized.
• Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experience, handling customer questions, cancellations, and returns.
• Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Bring products to the sales floor and ensure they are priced correctly, always ensuring we meet our high standards.

• A passion for working with others and creating amazing experiences.
• Honesty, good communication skills, and the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved when necessary.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork, a high level of motivation, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
• Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
• Ideally, professional experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Language proficiency, including sign language, is valued. Don't forget to mention this during the interview, as it will help us provide excellent customer service.
