WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS ALL ABOUT
Me as a Leader is built for our first level of leadership in stores. Many of our Team Leaders step up from Sales Associate, so this program gives you the foundation you’ll need to succeed as a people leader. You’ll learn how to move from doing the role yourself to leading and supporting others, with the tools, guidance, and confidence to make that transition feel natural.
