• Salary: For this position, depending on professional experience and qualifications, a gross annual salary starting from EUR 65,000 (based on full-time employment) is offered. The collective bargaining agreement for retail employees applies to this role.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d), your responsibility is to foster a culture of support and engagement for Primark colleagues in the store. And just as you support our colleagues, we support you—through flexibility, training, and numerous opportunities to grow and develop.

• You support the management team in all HR-related matters
• You respond to queries from employees and managers on all personnel topics
• You identify areas for action and derive appropriate initiatives and measures
• You review and monitor HR KPIs
• You prepare regular reports and statistics
• You take responsibility for preparatory and follow-up payroll activities
• You work constructively and respectfully with our works council

What you bring with you:

Your work is characterized by close, proactive collaboration with our on-site management and sales teams, making a significant contribution to the success of our PRIMARK store.

• You have several years of experience in the HR field
• You have completed a relevant degree or possess a comparable qualification
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You have sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• You enjoy working in a generalist role and value variety in your work
