Garment Technologist - Ladieswear
What You'll Do:
Ensure product developed and supplied to Primark complies with our quality standards and looks to exceed customer expectation. You will have a chance to collaborate with our product operations teams, suppliers and key stakeholders to establish and maintain best practice.
Ensure all products are safe, legal, and meet Primark’s quality standards before sign-off
Review product tests and apply commercial, practical quality standards
Turn customer feedback into quality improvements through close retail team collaboration
Benchmark Primark and competitor products for fit, quality, and performance
Work with Compliance to align quality processes with industry standards
Spot and solve quality issues early – from fit to fabric and components
Analyse returns data to identify trends and drive future product improvements
Partner with suppliers and product teams to maintain and improve quality standards
Influence and support internal teams through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
Lead with inclusion by supporting team development, sharing best practices, and driving consistency
