To work within the Customer function in conjunction with the Buying, Merchandising & Design teams and link the product and marketing channels end to end, ensuring we maximise on creative and commercial opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Partner the Customer function (which includes teams such as Marketing Operations, Creative, Brand, VM, Insights, Social Media, Fashion Communications) with the Buying, Merchandising and Design (BMD) team.
  • Translate a Product strategy into a Customer strategy to deliver cohesive customer journey across all channels.
  • Equally, influence BMD team long term product strategies and business initiatives to ensure product messages that align with the Customer strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing messages align with key business strategic pillars.
  • Facilitate Critical Path Management across all teams and manage individual project critical paths in line with department seasonal strategy.
  • Ensure good working knowledge of business-critical plans within the BMD department.
  • Develop highly effective working relationship across Customer function, BMD teams and the wider business as required, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Make commercially sound proposals and decisions which will enhance the customer experience and ultimately will contribute to sales growth.
  • Adopt good project management skills and principles to effectively lead projects and ensure delivery.
  • Actively identify business improvement opportunities that will impact positively on customer experience.
  • Attend key BMD meetings, ensuring relevant key insights are represented.
  • Work closely with the Future Trends manager to deliver high impact Customer moments across the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a Marketing, Project Management or BMD role.
  • Works well both in a team and independently.
  • Energetic, confident, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possessing the ability to push back with professionalism.
