Shape your section

As a Team Manager, you'll manage an allocated section and with the Management team to support the day-to-day running of the store. 

You'll lead a team of Retail Assistants in your designated area, develop their skills, and keep them engaged and motivated. 

And, as well as managing commercial planning, stock management, planograms and so on, you'll choose department merchandise based on your knowledge of what sells best where you live.

You don't need a fashion background, but you do need:

    You've kept customer smiling and on-trend in a fast paced, bursting section of your own/ Now, step up to managing a full department - Home, Kinds, or Footwear for example. 

  2. Assistant manager

    You know your customers and are part of what makes the store special. It's time to support the Store Manager in leading the whole team - and stand in for them as needed. 

  3. store manager

    You've seized every moment, shown how much your care, and helped to make your current store a place where everyone loves to be/ Want to set the vision for your own store? Now you can.

  4. area manager

    Primark's size and scale has empowered you to thrill your customers. You're ready to oversee 10 or more stores, or perhaps a flagship in London, Birmingham or Manchester.
