  • Support the implementation of new procurement technologies and capabilities.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external technology vendors to deliver system enhancements.

  • Support backlog management and prioritisation activities alongside the Source-to-Pay Product Owner.

Procurement Technology & Platform Administration

  • Administer and support procurement technology platforms and digital tools.

  • Act as a key administrator for Zip, managing workflow configuration, platform support, and user access within the governance standards, priorities, and decision rights set by the Procurement Digital & Data Manager and Source-to-Pay Product Owner.

  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and platform controls.

  • Troubleshoot workflow and platform issues and coordinate resolution with technology teams and vendors.

  • Ensure data integrity and support the execution of platform governance activities within the established governance framework.

  • Assist with ongoing platform enhancements and new feature deployments.

  • Support business-critical procurement processes including supplier onboarding and procurement operations.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyse platform usage, workflow performance, operational metrics, and user adoption trends.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management insights.

  • Use data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimisation.

  • Monitor data quality and platform performance.

  • Support automation initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

  • Provide insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

User Engagement & Adoption

  • Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology functions.

  • Gather user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.

  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
