We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team in București, Romania. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Operate cash registers and process various forms of payment accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with courtesy and professionalism
  • Assist with inventory management and participate in regular stock counts
  • Create attractive product displays and support visual merchandising efforts
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts to minimize shrinkage
  • Support additional store operations as needed, including opening and closing procedures
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and retail trends to enhance the overall shopping experience

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences
