Stiamo ricercando un/una Retail Operations Administrator per il nostro Regional Office: un ruolo chiave che ti permetterà di collaborare con diversi dipartimenti, organizzare eventi, viaggiare per supportare le nuove aperture e lavorare a stretto contatto con il Country Director e con la sede centrale di Dublino.

Stiamo ricercando un/una Retail Operations Administrator per il nostro Regional Office: un ruolo chiave che ti permetterà di collaborare con diversi dipartimenti, organizzare eventi, viaggiare per supportare le nuove aperture e lavorare a stretto contatto con il Country Director e con la sede centrale di Dublino.
Cosa farai:
In qualità di Retail Operations Administrator, riportando all’Italy Country Operations Manager, ti occuperai di:
- Gestire quotidianamente la casella email, individuando le priorità e garantendo risposte puntuali ed efficaci
- Analizzare e monitorare i dati operativi su base giornaliera, con l’obiettivo di fornire insight utili al miglioramento continuo delle performance dei negozi e della country, predisponendo report e presentazioni a supporto delle attività decisionali
- Coordinare e supportare i punti vendita nell’implementazione di progetti e attività locali e internazionali
- Monitorare budget, costi e KPI per valutare l’andamento dei negozi
- Preparare e gestire comunicazioni operative per garantire un costante allineamento con le strategie aziendali
- Organizzare meeting e predisporre il materiale di supporto
- Collaborare con i team di Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Security, H&S e Finance per ottimizzare le performance retail
- Gestire i rapporti con fornitori esterni, assicurandoti che rispettino gli standard qualitativi aziendali
- Fornire supporto al Country Director (se necessario) e contribuire all’organizzazione di eventi interni ed esterni
- Gestire e supervisionare il team della reception del Regional Office

- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL a partire da €28.500, commisurata all’esperienza

- Diploma o Laurea in materie economiche
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore Retail / GDO / Fashion
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali
- Spiccate capacità organizzative, multitasking e problem solving
- Spirito collaborativo, attitudine relazionale ed empatia, ottime doti comunicative e riservatezza
- Energia, proattività, positività e voglia di imparare
