As Learning and Development Delivery Manager for Central Eastern Europe, you’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions for colleagues across stores and the regional office. This role is tailor-made for you if you want to:
  • Shape and deliver a progressive learning strategy for colleagues across six CEE markets (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary), balancing global priorities with local requirements.
  • Lead the roll-out of impactful learning solutions, including development programmes, training, workshops, events, and blended learning.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior retail and P&C leaders to identify business needs and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Manage a team of L&D Specialists and Administrators, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
  • Drive and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Oversee the annual learning calendar and manage the L&D budget to support a cost-conscious approach to generating value from L&D initiatives.
  • Establish clear measures of progress and evaluation for all L&D initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with the business developments, changes, and in-market priorities to drive informed decisions around L&D priorities.
You’re a great fit if you:
  • Bring at least 5 years of significant experience in L&D roles, including 3+ years in a people management role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.
  • Have strong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and best practices.
  • Are passionate about people development and have experience with a variety of training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual and hybrid learning.
  • Are an amazing people partner, able to engage and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Are comfortable to manage timely delivery of strategic initiatives in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Think analytically, using data and insights to drive measurable impact across your area.
  • Communicate fluently in Polish and have advanced English skills.
  • Are ready to travel across the Central Eastern Europe.
  • Coaching accreditation is a plus, but not essential.
