  • Drive continuous improvement of the tax function through process optimisation, governance enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of junior team members.

What You’ll Bring

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:

  • A professional tax qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 3-5+ years’ post-qualified experience in corporate tax within practice, industry, or a combination of both.

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex data while maintaining a commercial, strategic perspective.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and explain complex tax matters clearly.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, demonstrating integrity, sound judgement, leadership capability, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
